Overview

In this project, I conducted research with clients to understand what was missing in their experience. Based on this, I redesigned the brand and created a more functional interface in Webflow.

Problem

Users have reported that they often give up closing travel packages with agencies that do not have a website, due to the lack of trust, security and clear references.

The absence of a website makes customers feel insecure about the seriousness of the agency and the options offered.

Process

I conducted a qualitative study with clients to understand their concerns and behavior patterns when choosing a travel agency.

The research revealed that users primarily look for information about reliability, safety, customer reviews, and destination details.

Additionally, I observed the importance of a well-structured digital platform to convey credibility and attract more customers.

Solution

Based on the insights collected, I redesigned the brand’s visual identity and created a functional and visually appealing user interface (UI).

The project was developed using a no-code tool, Webflow, ensuring a fast delivery and flexibility for future updates.

Impact

The new design and optimized website offer an intuitive and reliable navigation, which can increase customers' trust in the agency, allowing more contracts to be closed and a positive impact on revenue.
